What are the dimensions of the jetpak?

The body of the jetpak is 19 inches tall and 14 inches wide. The structured waist is 4 inches tall and 14 inches wide. The waist is sectional and contoured for maximum comfort.

How do I know the jetpak will fit me?

Jetpaks were tested on women in the US who wear sizes ranging from 0-18. The minimum height tested was 4’ 8 and the maximum height was 5’10”. This carrier works for small wearers.

How small does the jetpak waistband get? How large does it get?

The waist of the jetpak can be worn on the hips or the waist-whichever is more comfortable for the wearer. The jetpak waist adjusts from 30” to 46”. If your waist is smaller than 30” this is not a problem as the bulk of the child’s weight should rest comfortably on your hips. If your hips measure smaller than 30” or your waist is larger than 46” the jetpak may not be comfortable for you and we recommend a different carrier. We have very little data on sizing for men.

I want to order a custom jetpak, what should I know?

Ordering a custom jetpak is easy. You will need to provide the fabric for the print on the body. We accept fabric that is at least 22” tall (top to bottom) and 18” wide.

If you want to provide a different color for the straps and waist than we provide on our website you will need to send us a yard of a heavy bottom weight fabric such as twill, denim, etc. Once you place your order we will provide the address where you should send the fabric and further instructions.

How long will it take to ship my jetpak?

If your jetpak is in stock it will ship the same or next day ordered. Jetpaks are made in TN, USA.

What does “by appointment only” mean? How are custom jetpaks and luxury jetpaks different?

We offer distinctive printed fabrics for our luxury line. These unique designs are available for jetpaks but are not made public. You have to make an appointment to see the portfolio and plan the color schemes. Our luxury line jetpaks are truly one of a kind can be ordered in organic cotton.
